Print Friendlier version uploaded

For one reason or another, I've had a lot of trouble getting the coloring and images to work out how I'd like. Here's a version that's hopefully easier to read and more ink-friendly for folks that want to print this out.

A few minor wording changes were required to make it all work. And I had to swap the two larger sections (housemate issues and complications), but the overall content remains the same.
